Mr. Jha is a Chartered Accountant, Cost accountant and an Insolvency Professional. He was earlier the whole time Director of Pranjal International Resolutions Private limited, an Insolvency Professional Entity. He has handled many Restructuring proposals, while in banking service.He has over 20 years’ experience in the field of credit risk management and corporate finance, out of which he has worked as a specialist credit officer for more than 15 years across the banks including public sector, private, foreign banks and NBFC. While in Bank, his proficiency has been in the field of credit appraisal, sanction, documentation, Monitoring and follow up.

He has also handled several restructuring and rehabilitation accounts like Dhabol power company (Ratnagiri Gas & power Ltd), GTC industries Ltd, Ganesh benzoplast Ltd, Mukund Ltd, Ratnatraya Heat exchangers Pvt Ltd now (Bharat radiators Ltd), S. Kumar’s nationwide Ltd. Etc. Filed cases on behalf of bank in DRT in consultation of advocate / legal and attended the proceedings of the DRT.Post qualifying as IP, he has prepared Resolution Plan for 3 companies namely; Regen Power Limited, Etco Denim Limited, Etco Industries Limited and has handled few IBC cases such as HDIL (IRP appointed, case settled and withdrawn by Bank), Powercon Projects and Associates Limited (Advisor to FC), Moolsons Holding Private Limited (Case yet to be admitted). He is empaneled with Bank of India, Indian Overseas Bank, United Bank of India, IDBI, OBC, Vijaya Bank, Union Bank of India and Central Bank of India.
