Mr. Goswami is proficient at client trouble shooting and innovative recommendations to financial restructuring. His fortes are strategic tie-ups with national level financial bodies, developing a strong foothold in corporate community, high net worth investors, fund managers, business development and deal structuring.

Mr. Prasad is an M. Sc. in Marine Sciences and MBA from Sikkim Manipal University along with being an Insolvency Professional. He has more than 33 years of work experience in the banking and financial services sector. He has held executive positions in various public sector as well as private sector banks and worked across various departments like Treasury Management, IT, HR, Accounts, Credit (Recovery and review, restructuring/CDR, OTS), Recovery under SARFAESI Act. He is also empanelled with SEBI as Administrator (Insolvency Professional).
Madhu Desikan (Insolvency Professional, Chennai)
Mr. Desikan is a Chartered Accountant having more than 33 years of experience in the industry and profession. Over the years he has worked as a loss adjuster/ insurance surveyor, taxation consultant, interim finance controller and senior audit manager amongst others. Before joining the partnership firm M/s PGSS &Co., Chartered Accountants in 2017, he was heading the finance function of ABU Division of Tractors and Farm Equipment Ltd for 4 years. As an Insolvency Professional, he has handled various CIRP and liquidation assignments. He has also handled transaction audits of two corporate debtors. He has experience of working as an Authorized Representative of homebuyers in a CIRP as well as an advisor to the suspended directors of various corporate debtors.
